Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Plate Club mobile application ("the App"), operated by Izzet Can Envarli ("we", "us"). By creating an account or joining a club, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

What The Plate Club Is

The Plate Club helps a group of friends, coworkers, or family members organize a recurring home-cooked supper club: rotating who cooks, proposing and voting on menus, tracking a per-plate budget, and rating meals. It is an organizational tool — we do not prepare, deliver, sell, or handle any food, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or preparation of any meal cooked by club members.

Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Apple ID via Sign in with Apple to use the App. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Clubs, Invites & Member Conduct

Subscriptions — Plate Club Plus

Some features (additional club members, the full recipe library, budget history, and the season leaderboard) require a Plate Club Plus subscription, billed per club through Apple's In-App Purchase system on a monthly or annual auto-renewing basis.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (menu names, ratings, photos, etc.). By submitting content to a club, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to other members of the same club as necessary to operate the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recipe or budget information is accurate for every dietary need — always check ingredients for allergens before cooking or serving.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including disputes between club members, food-related incidents, or budget disagreements. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by emailing canenvarli@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
